This role works closely with fund operations, third party administrators, property management companies, investors, portfolio managers and the investment team to provide accurate performance and financial reporting of real estate products. Additional responsibilities may include systems and process initiatives, controls, corporate reporting and strategic business support. The role requires real estate expertise, strong technical judgment, and the ability to align stakeholders in support of our real estate products. Responsibilities of the Role: Oversee third-party fund administrators and service providers, driving service quality, timely and accurate financial reporting, responsiveness, escalation, control and pricing discipline, and continuous process improvement. Serve as key contact for the business on matters related to accounting, NAV close, allocation, valuation, audit, performance, treasury, financial reporting and coordination with third party fund administrators. Coordinate across disciplines to implement process changes and system initiatives to drive optimal efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting data across the platform. Comfortable communicating with global team members and internal stakeholders as well as external parties and clients.
