Responsibilities - Navigating the complexities of global tax regulations to optimize tax strategies and minimize risks - Supporting tax compliance efforts by preparing consolidated tax returns and income tax provisions - Assisting in corporate tax planning and corporate transactions to drive sustainable growth - Participating in post-deal integration processes, including tax and finance integration - Collaborating with teams to develop tax models and provide tax consulting services - Engaging in active listening and teamwork to enhance client support and deliver tailored tax solutions - Utilizing intellectual curiosity to explore innovative tax strategies and industry-specific challenges - Contributing to the preparation and analysis of purchase and sale agreements (PSA) for tax implications What You Must Have - Currently pursuing or have completed a Juris Doctorate degree - At least a 3.0 overall GPA - Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements and demonstrate a commitment to undertaking and passing Bar exam - Client service associate positions are entry-level roles and job seekers have completed or are in the process of...
