Salary Range: 100,000 - 130,000 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Reporting & General Accounting Assist the Director of Accounting with the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports for the Client and Legends Global Corporate, including monthly financial statements, annual budgets, forecasts, food and beverage reports, month-end inventory, annual reports, and other required financial reporting. Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and credibility of the general ledger by monitoring account activity, reviewing trial balances, and performing or overseeing monthly reconciliations of key accounts. Direct and maintain accounting records reflecting receipts, expenditures, assets, liabilities, revenues, and operating expenses. Oversee the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost accounting, property accounting, operating expenses, and related financial records. Oversee bank reconciliations for multiple accounts supporting facility and food and beverage operations. Prepare statements and reports of estimated future costs, revenues, and financial performance. Support accurate and timely month-end and year-end financial close processes.
