Cherry Bekaert’s Valuation Services practice applies traditional and cutting-edge approaches and methods to a variety of corporate finance analyses to provide financial advisory services to privately held and publicly-traded companies. Core service offerings include business valuations, complex financial instruments, contingent consideration, debt and equity, stock-based compensation, intangible assets for financial and tax reporting, tax compliance, mergers and acquisitions in domestic and cross border transactions, and litigation. In support of our strategic growth, we have an opportunity available for a Senior Manager to join our team, with hybrid flexibility in multiple offices throughout our footprint or possibly remote for the right resource.
