The Opportunity Olson Precast is seeking an experienced Controller to lead its accounting operations and serve as a trusted financial partner to company leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys taking ownership, developing teams, and making a meaningful impact within a well-established, close-knit organization. The Controller will oversee day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, inventory, AP/AR, and month-end close while managing a lean accounting team. The role also includes oversight of certain HR and compliance functions, offering broad exposure to business operations and opportunities to improve systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Lead daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and collections. Oversee month-end and year-end close, financial statements, reconciliations, and management reporting in accordance with GAAP. Manage inventory accounting, including production activity, raw materials, and finished goods.
