What You’ll Do Analyze financial statements and identify discrepancies, trends, and adjustments Apply GAAP and firm standards to recommend appropriate accounting treatments Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and supporting documentation Prepare individual, partnership, and business tax returns Identify tax issues and recommend solutions under senior guidance Conduct tax research and apply findings to client engagements Communicate directly with clients regarding financial and tax matters Serve as a point of contact for assigned client workstreams Collaborate with senior team members on complex engagements Manage multiple assignments and prioritize deadlines effectively Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiencies What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of relevant accounting or tax experience (internships included) CPA or actively pursuing CPA preferred Proficiency in...
