WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US The Financial Controlling function is part of the Global Finance Management organization. Together, we are responsible for accounting, financial controlling, consolidation, tax and transfer-pricing. As a Lead Financial Controller , you will own the financial reporting and controlling activities for a portfolio of North American entities within our SimCorp and Axioma legal structure. You will partner with senior leadership to drive business performance, identify financial risks, and recommend actions to improve financial performance and efficiency. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operational Finance North America, this role does not carry formal direct reports but will mentor and coordinate closely with financial controllers, including colleagues on our Manila-based shared service team, to ensure consistent, high-quality reporting across the region.
