The Role Managers on the Research and Development (R&D) Tax Credit team work across a wide range of clients and industries. This role requires strong technical knowledge and project management skills to lead R&D Tax Credit and Sec. 174/Sec. 174A engagements of varying levels of complexity. Managers also help drive practice growth through business development, training and mentoring junior team members, and thought leadership. Managers can expect to: Manage the day-to-day responsibilities on R&D Tax Credit and Sec. 174/Sec. 174A engagements, including leading technical interviews with subject matter experts, reviewing calculations, and reviewing deliverables. Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
