Have a passion for current trends in accounting and finance? As an Audit & Assurance Analyst supporting Securitization at Deloitte, you’ll be part of a core team that delivers a wide range of services to our clients with a comprehensive industry-focused approach. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience working alongside securitization professionals. Additionally, you’ll be involved in helping advise investment banks, primary broker dealers, attorneys and various asset originators on performing complex procedures on transactions throughout their lifecycle. The intern role offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable technical skills in an evolving industry. Recruiting for this role ends on October 11, 2026. Work You’ll Do As an Analyst in our Deloitte Audit & Assurance’s Securitization practice, you will perform agreed upon procedures related to the full lifecycle of a structured product transaction of certain Mortgaged-Backed Assets (MBS), Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS), Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS) and Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO). Our clients include primary broker dealers and originators in the fixed-income industry.
