CLA is looking to hire a Business & Accounting Applications Analyst to join our growing team. The Business & Accounting Applications Analyst plays an important role in implementing, supporting, and optimizing accounting and business technology solutions used by CLA professionals and clients. This individual serves as a trusted technology advisor, helping bridge the gap between business needs, accounting operations, and modern cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, highly analytical, client-focused, and passionate about using technology and AI-enabled tools to improve business outcomes. This position provides exposure to a rapidly evolving accounting technology ecosystem and opportunities to work directly with firm stakeholders, software vendors, and technical teams. How You’ll Make an Impact Application Implementation and Configuration Assist with configuring and optimizing finance, accounting, expense management, and reporting applications. Configure and maintain system settings, user roles, permissions, workflows, and application preferences. Support application onboarding and data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, conversion, validation, and reconciliation. Document implementation procedures, operational standards, and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams and software vendors to identify and resolve implementation issues. Help drive successful application implementations and technology-adoption efforts. Support users throughout the implementation and onboarding process. Application Support and Troubleshooting Serve as a subject matter resource for supported accounting and business applications. Troubleshoot application, integration, synchronization, and user-access issues.
