Process fixed asset transactions, reconciliations, journals and month end support for a global finance team.
Your Role and Impact We are looking for an entry-level GL Accountant – Fixed Assets Associate to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to start or develop your accounting career in a global, multicultural environment. In this role, you will support fixed asset accounting activities, contribute to accurate financial reporting, and participate in month-end closing processes, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support fixed asset accounting and processing activities. Communicate with sites on fixed asset-related matters. Assist with monthly fixed asset reporting. Reconcile selected general ledger accounts. Prepare and post journal entries. Support month-end closing and financial consolidation activities. Assist with internal and external audits. Create and maintain process documentation. Support special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Up to one year of relevant experience; recent graduates are welcome to apply. Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hungarian. Basic accounting knowledge. Confident MS Office skills, especially Excel. Analytical, accurate, and detail-oriented approach. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS. Experience with SAP or Oracle. Previous experience in a multinational or shared-services environment. Exposure to fixed asset accounting processes. What We Can Offer Friendly multicultural work environment and team events.
