About the role: We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our leading Digital Risk and Resilience team. Reporting to the Digital Risk and Resilience partner, you will execute on or lead a team in the delivery of a broad portfolio of complex and strategic client engagements across multiple industries including financial services, aviation, energy and utilities, pharmaceuticals, asset and wealth management, telecommunications, social media, and technology. Our Digital Risk and Resilience team supports Irish and global organisations in navigating IT, cybersecurity and third-party risk related challenges encountered as part of day-to-day operations. We help our clients be more resilient and prepare them to respond to disruptions caused by these risks materialising. We also support them to comply with regulatory obligations under regulations such as DORA. As a Manager, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of client engagements, manage and coach team members, and act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders. You will also help grow the practice, contributing to proposals, building relationships with existing clients, and developing our offerings as regulations like DORA continue to settle in. What you will do: Advise clients on embedding digital, cyber and third-party risk management into their existing governance and risk frameworks. Lead engagements assessing, designing and improving clients' operational and digital resilience. For example: helping clients identify their critical or important business functions, carrying out business impact analyses and setting impact tolerances, running scenario testing, and developing response and recovery plans.
