You will collaborate closely with carriers, business units, and global transportation teams to ensure accurate freight billing, timely invoice resolution, and continuous process improvement. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Support freight audit and invoice resolution activities, working closely with carriers and internal stakeholders to reduce billing errors and improve invoice accuracy. Monitor key operational activities and KPIs for the freight audit provider and transportation carriers, ensuring performance targets are met. Coordinate regular performance review meetings, track action plans, and drive corrective actions when necessary. Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, optimizing workflows, and enhancing overall process performance. Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures, transportation policies, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Manage the Freight Audit Help Desk and provide daily support to Emerson users and transportation carriers across Europe. Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and Emerson business units while ensuring timely resolution of issues and escalations. Analyze freight payment data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement. Who You Are: You are detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about improving processes.
