Company: Job title: Business Controller Location: Coventry, United Kingdom As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Business Controller to provide financial leadership and commercial insight for our Coventry logistics operation. This role plays a critical part in driving business performance, ensuring robust financial governance, and supporting operational decision-making through meaningful analysis and strategic partnership. Acting as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, the Business Controller will own financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management, while identifying opportunities to improve profitability, productivity, and customer outcomes. The successful candidate will work closely with both site and regional leadership teams, combining strong financial expertise with commercial awareness to influence business performance and support sustainable growth. Our ideal candidate will be CIMA qualified with exprience in a similar role.
