About the role Partner Brand and Category teams to improve decision quality, optimize investment allocation and support delivery of strategic and financial objectives through robust analysis, financial insight and influential business partnering. Support the translation of global category strategy into financial plans and provide challenge to ensure investments deliver sustainable value creation. Key accountabilities Partner Brand and Category teams to evaluate investment opportunities, business cases and strategic initiatives. Support the development of financial plans by translating category, brand and strategic priorities into robust financial outcomes and forecasts. Provide financial analysis and challenge on A&P investment, innovation initiatives and portfolio decisions to maximize return on investment. Identify risks, opportunities and investment trade-offs, supporting resource allocation and investment reallocation decisions throughout the year. Support disciplined budget management and financial stewardship across Brand and Category teams through robust forecasting, tracking and insight generation. About You Key competencies 1. Strategic Influence 2. Financial Judgement & Investment Analysis 3. Strategic Decision Making & Financial Judgement Experience/skills required Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business or related disciplines. Typically 5–8+ years Finance experience across Commercial Finance, Marketing Finance, FP&A, Financial Control or Strategy Finance. Strong analytical capability with proven experience influencing decision making through financial insight, investment appraisal and strategic analysis.
