The Finance Team @ Pave You’ll join Pave’s Finance team, the group that keeps our books accurate, our compliance airtight and our cash flowing as we scale globally. This is a hands-on role based in our Kraków hub, partnering closely with Finance leadership in the US, People Ops and Legal. You’ll be the go-to finance own What You'll Do Own accounting, tax and payroll for our Poland entity: monthly close, reconciliations, VAT and any other required filings, statutory reporting and year-end Run Polish payroll end-to-end or oversee our provider, with accuracy and on-time payment every cycle Manage accounts payable for the US entity: invoice intake, coding, approvals and payment runs Own accounts receivable and collections for the US entity: invoicing, cash application, aging reviews and proactive follow-up to reduce DSO Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, prepaid, reclasses, inter-company) and support the US month-end close Maintain inter-company accounting and transfer pricing documentation between our Polish and US entities, and coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors Document processes, strengthen controls and automate manual work as we scale What You'll Bring 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a Polish accounting firm, Big 4/mid-tier advisor or in-house finance team at an international or high-growth company Deep knowledge of Polish statutory...
