Together, the team partners with leadership to provide insights, information, and guidance to make strategic and operational decisions, inform investors about our business model and progress, and ensure the company is financially healthy and consistently meeting our reporting obligations. We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our International Reporting team! As a member of the International Reporting team, you will work on the Company’s statutory financial reporting for various international entities. You will collaborate with other teams and business partners daily to ensure accurate and timely reporting. What you’ll do: Manage the compliance reporting and audit process for various international entities including coordination of deliverables with 3rd party accountants, auditors, tax, legal and other cross functional teams Maintain the relationship with external auditors and 3rd party accountants in support of statutory financials Maintain a process to manage the timely and accurate preparation of external financial reports in accordance with appropriate GAAP guidelines Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of the financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and local GAAP reporting standards, including an understanding of GAAP to stat differences and the review of financial statements Prepare and compile supporting documents for external filings Monitor and assess new accounting pronouncements applicable to the company with an emphasis on external reporting Stay up to date on changes and activities within the company and industry to ensure the company’s financial statements properly reflect any new developments Prepare flux...
