Role Overview The Group Head of Tax is a critical leadership role with responsibility for TP ICAP's global tax function, leading a team of 14 tax professionals across London and New York. Reporting into senior Finance leadership, the role provides strategic oversight of the Group's worldwide tax affairs, ensuring the delivery of robust governance, high-quality tax advisory support, and effective management of tax risk across a complex international organisation. The successful candidate will be a proven people leader with the ability to develop high-performing teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive change across a diverse global business. The role plays a key part in supporting business growth, corporate transactions, regulatory developments, and operational transformation, while ensuring compliance with global tax obligations and maintaining strong relationships with tax authorities. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded tax leader with broad international tax experience to shape the future direction of TP ICAP's tax strategy, governance framework, and operating model.
