Are you an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Consultant looking to play a leading role in a major ERP transformation programme? We're seeking a talented Oracle EBS R12 specialist to help shape and deliver the future-state Oracle EBS 12.2 landscape for a large-scale public sector organisation. This is an opportunity for you to move beyond configuration and support work, taking ownership of business analysis, process redesign and solution definition that will directly influence how a complex organisation operates. Working alongside business leaders, technical architects and programme stakeholders, you'll help translate current-state processes into robust Oracle EBS Financials and Procurement solutions while identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve the user experience. What You'll Be Doing As a trusted Oracle Functional Consultant, you will: Lead workshops with business and technical stakeholders to understand existing processes and requirements. Analyse current Financials and Procurement operations and map future-state solutions within Oracle EBS 12.2. Drive process mapping, process redesign and business transformation initiatives.
