Join FMC's Global Finance Team and help drive accurate financial reporting and accounting excellence across our international business. As an RTR Accountant, you will play a key role in the month-end close process, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to further develop their career within a multinational environment while gaining exposure to global finance operations. Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Reporting Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and financial adjustments. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances as required. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities. Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records within SAP. Prepare and submit financial information for group consolidation and reporting. Ensure compliance with US GAAP, local accounting requirements, SOX controls, and company policies. Tax & Treasury Activities Support accounting for income taxes, including monthly and quarterly tax accruals. Perform treasury-related activities, including bank account reconciliations. Assist with financial reporting requirements relating to tax and treasury processes. Business Partnership & Process Improvement Work closely with colleagues across Finance and the wider business to resolve accounting issues.
