Role Responsibilities As a Senior Internal Controls Testing Analyst, you will conduct compliance testing and reviews across global teams, business processes and legal entities, helping to assess the effectiveness of controls and identify opportunities to strengthen our financial crime compliance processes. You will use research, testing and data analysis to identify risks and control weaknesses, while working with stakeholders across our global business to communicate findings and drive improvements. Conduct compliance testing and targeted reviews across a range of global teams, processes and legal entities. Review key financial crime compliance processes, including KYC, Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) and customer onboarding. Use research, testing and data analysis to identify risks, control gaps and opportunities for improvement. Carry out root cause analysis and turn your findings into practical recommendations. Prepare clear reports and executive-level summaries to communicate your findings to senior management. Partner with stakeholders across global markets, bringing an independent perspective and constructively challenging existing processes. Contribute to special reviews, regulatory commitments and initiatives that strengthen our controls and testing approach. Role Requirements 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in areas such as Compliance, Internal Controls, Audit, Risk Management, Quality Assurance, Financial Crime Compliance, KYC or Customer Due Diligence. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with an ability to look beyond what is documented and understand how processes work in practice. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence communicating findings and recommendations to different stakeholders. The ability to work independently, take ownership of your work and manage multiple priorities. Strong stakeholder-management skills and the confidence to engage with colleagues at different levels, including senior leaders. A collaborative and curious mindset, with a proactive approach to learning, problem solving and continuous improvement.
