As Accounting Manager at Netcompany Denmark and Netcompany Banking Services, you are responsible for accounting topics such as annual reports, IFRS, tax, VAT and the audit process. You report to the Head of Finance for Denmark and Banking Services and support in leading and developing the team. Netcompany DK and NBS are part of the wider Netcompany Group. While Group Finance defines the finance framework, standards, and processes, you are responsible for translating these into the local context and supporting the Danish business in making informed financial and strategic decisions. You will work closely with the local Finance leadership team, Group Finance and your fellow Accounting managers across the Netcompany Group. We are ambitious in how we develop our Finance organisation and actively embrace new technology and ways of working. Your responsibilities will typically include:  Take end-to-end responsibility for financial reporting, annual accounts, IFRS, tax and VAT, management reporting, commercial finance and KPI forecasting. Act as a trusted team member in Denmark and Banking Services Finance leadership team, supporting both day-to-day decision making and the achievement of long-term ambitions. Translate Group Finance frameworks, standards and ambitions into the local Danish context, and make sure they are implemented well across the organisation. Help continue the process of creating a culture focused on quality, ownership, collaboration and continuous development. Support the continued development and adoption of AI-enabled tools and ways of working across Finance, actively contributing to our ambition to build a more digital, automated and insight-driven finance function. About you: You hold a relevant master's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a comparable field. 3–6 years of experience in accounting, audit or a similar field. Proven experience working with IFRS standards and financial compliance and reporting requirements. Strong analytical and business-related problem-solving skills, with the ability to solve complicated financial tasks. Structured and reliable approach to delivering high-quality results with attention to detail and within deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a real interest in developing people as well as delivering results yourself.
