Join Gilead and help create possible, together. Job Description Position-Specific Job Requirements 1. Develop strong relationships with GFS, Corporate Tax, Market Finance, external service providers, and business stakeholders. 2. Support the centralized preparation and review of indirect tax compliance deliverables including VAT, Intrastat, EC Sales, and other indirect tax filings where applicable. 3. Coordinate the collection, validation, and analysis of financial data required for indirect tax reporting and compliance activities. 4. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of indirect tax, reconciliations, supporting schedules, and compliance submissions. 5. Perform indirect tax account reconciliations and support resolution of tax-related balance sheet and P&L items. 6. Partner with RTR, OTC, PTP, Supply Chain, and Tax teams to ensure transactions are correctly reflected for indirect tax purposes. 7. Maintain compliance with company policies, internal controls, Worldwide Controller's Manual requirements, and local statutory obligations. 8. Identify indirect tax risks, control gaps, and process inefficiencies and recommend appropriate remediation actions. 9.
