The Opportunity This position works out of our Warsaw office location in the Abbott Diabetes Care Division . At ADC, we’re focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology. As the Finance Controller Poland & CEE, you’ll be responsible for providing financial guidance to the overall organization, as well as strategic and analytical support to Regional Finance Controller and to General Manager Poland & CEE. The position requires an international exposure and reports to the Regional Finance Controller of SEE, has significant interaction with countries Commercial Heads located across region, as well as with General Manager Poland & CEE and EMEA Senior Management. What You’ll Do Oversee 8 countries with annual sales of over US $250MM. Ensure that all financial activity is completed in accordance with Abbott policies and procedures as well as local laws and regulations. Manage, consolidate and report the financial results each month, ensuring proper timeliness, accuracy and insightful analytics. Ensure growth and talent development of Finance & Demand staff. Provide leadership and day to day support to the countries for Actuals, LBE, CDR, LRP, etc. Provide financial and strategic support to Commercial Heads and Regional Controller during business reviews and in all other Finance & Demand processes to Senior Management in ADC.
