About the Role The Position Wellington Management Funds (“WMF”) Global Fund Services is responsible for all aspects of the operations for the WMF Global funds domiciled in Luxembourg, Ireland and Cayman and works alongside Product Development, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Governance to support all aspects of the funds business. The Fund Reporting & Audit, EMEA Funds (“FR&A”) team is responsible for the oversight of annual audits and semi-annual financial reporting of the funds, as well as the financial activities, governance, and control framework of the Luxembourg Management Company. This includes robust oversight of third-party service providers and key financial reporting processes. The team’s remit also covers budgeting, expenses oversight, fixed administrative fee monitoring, regulatory filings, and the implementation of evolving reporting and governance requirements. The successful candidate will act as a senior point of coordination across internal stakeholders, auditors, administrators, and other delegated service providers, while helping drive strong governance, control discipline, process enhancement, and high-quality deliverables. This position is designed to combine deep technical review with day-to-day coordination, prioritization, and oversight across the team’s deliverables. Responsibilities We are currently seeking to recruit an individual to play a key role in our FR&A team reporting into the manager in charge of the team, based in the Management Company’s Luxembourg office.
