The Position The D2P Data & Analytics Technical Product Owner partners with the Product Manager to drive Data, Analytics and AI solutions across the Demand-to-Pay (D2P) domain. The role combines product ownership, business analysis, techno-functional solution oversight, delivery and vendor management, and service management. You will translate business priorities into product roadmaps, requirements and scalable Data & AI solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, data scientists and delivery partners. In this role, you will apply a deep knowledge of Procurement and Accounts Payable processes, alongside hands-on experience utilizing key technologies like Snowflake, SAP BW/ERP, analytics platforms, GenAI, and AI-driven automation. Furthermore, you will drive continuous improvement and team capability growth while maintaining high standards for service level agreements, delivery quality, non-functional requirements, technical debt reduction, and vendor performance management. Description of the area The Demand to Pay (D2P) Data & Analytics area is responsible for driving the end-to-end Procurement, Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense Management Data & AI strategies, by translating Functional strategies into measurable business outcomes. This includes supporting data product management and providing comprehensive analytics for our key stakeholders - Global Procurement, Diagnostics Direct Procurement and RSS Operations. This work is based on the foundation of the Roche Group Data & AI strategies leveraging various global platforms. Job Responsibilities Translate product strategy and business needs into a clear roadmap, backlog, requirements and delivery priorities. Act as the day-to-day bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams and delivery partners. Bring strong functional knowledge across Procurement, Accounts Payable processes.
