For more information about Solenis, please visit www.solenis.com Responsibilities Identifies and allocates all payments and ensures that all cash is posted and distributed accurately and within required time frames under conformity to the applicably internal controls Manage bank reconciliations Utilizing banking skills to manage payment processing, handle transactions, and ensure timely cash flow between clients and the company Generating periodical accounts statements Performing account reconciliations Maintaining accounts receivable files and records Producing monthly financial and management reports Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries Assisting in general financial management and analysis Requirements University degree Fluency in English An ability to prioritize and manage expectations A keen eye for detail An ability to work independently The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company A mathematical background Experience with banking operations such as cash applications, bank reconciliations, and payment processing is a plus Benefits Hybrid working schedule - office in Bucharest (Romania) has the LEED Platinum Certification (means that the building meets the highest standards for sustainability, energy efficiency, and a healthy, high-quality work environment) Certification from U.S. Green Building Council & Green Business Certification INC.
