Job Description Position-Specific Job Requirements Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, supporting collaboration across Finance and the wider business. Contribute to the definition and monitoring of service standards and provide input into the ongoing management of service partnership agreements. Support the definition, maintenance, and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure financial activities comply with the Worldwide Controller’s Manual and all applicable laws and regulations. Responsible for the timely and accurate review and posting of month‑end close and accounting transactions, including P&L and balance sheet analysis, reconciliation, investigation, and resolution of variances. Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with U.S. GAAP and local GAAP, and consistently apply appropriate internal controls, policies, and procedures. Interact effectively with internal and external auditors, supporting quarter‑end, interim, and year‑end audits through the provision of timely, accurate information and clear explanations.
