Job Description Provides and manages ad hoc requests, including prioritization and escalation activities. Proposes improvement initiatives for the CTG department. Maintains and updates the monthly reporting files. Automating operational reports. Digitizing manual data collection activities. Develop Power BI dashboards and digital tools for performance monitoring.
