We're passionate about empowering people to craft beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join our Accounting Center of Excellence (ACE) in Dublin as an Accounting Manager. The ACE is responsible for accounting across Adobe's international statutory entities, monthly and quarterly US GAAP reporting, local statutory compliance, and annual audits. You will lead a team of accounting professionals, own the monthly close and balance sheet reconciliation process for your area, and be a key partner to our ACE operations team in India and our corporate accounting team in the US. Alongside team leadership, you will hold responsibility for statutory accounting and audit delivery for a portfolio of Adobe entities, and will be a driving force behind process improvement and automation initiatives as the function scales. What you'll do Manage a team of accounting professionals, setting clear goals and providing ongoing feedback through Adobe's Check-In approach. Own the monthly and quarterly general ledger close process, ensuring transactions are recorded timely, accurately, and in line with US GAAP and local GAAP. Review balance sheet reconciliations prepared by the team, including accruals, fixed assets, payroll, and revenue control accounts. Oversee preparation and on-time filing of local statutory returns, including VAT and government statistical returns. Manage preparation of annual Statutory Financial Statements and lead the year-end audit relationship with external auditors through to close-out. Ensure adherence to SOX and internal control procedures, and support internal and external audits.
